Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Booking & Payment Terms
- A minimum deposit of 25%–50% of the total tour cost is required to confirm the booking with Nepra Tours & Travels.
- Full payment must be completed 15–30 days prior to departure, depending on the destination and package.
2. Cancellation Policy (By Client)
Cancellation charges will apply as follows:

| 30 days or more | 10% of total cost |
| 15–29 days | 25% of total cost |
| 7–14 days | 50% of total cost |
| Less than 7 days / No Show | 100% (No Refund) |
Note: Flight tickets, visa fees, travel insurance, and non-refundable hotel bookings will be charged at actual cancellation cost.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after cancellation approval.
- Refunds will be made via the original mode of payment or bank transfer.
- Any bank charges / payment gateway fees will be deducted.
4. Cancellation by Nepra Tours & Travels
In case Nepra Tours & Travels cancels the tour due to:
- Natural calamities
- Political instability
- Insufficient bookings
- Government restrictions
Clients will be offered:
- Alternative travel dates, OR
- Credit note for future travel, OR
- Full/partial refund (excluding non-refundable services)
5. Amendments Policy
- Any changes in travel dates, hotel, or itinerary are subject to availability and additional charges.
- Amendments requested within 7 days of travel may be treated as cancellation.
6. No Show Policy
- Failure to arrive at the departure point, airport, or hotel will be treated as a No Show.
- No refund will be applicable.
7. Early Departure / Unused Services
No refund will be provided for:
- Unused hotel nights
- Missed transfers or sightseeing
- Voluntary changes during the trip
8. Force Majeure
No refund will be applicable for disruptions caused by:
- Natural disasters
- Flight cancellations/delays
- Pandemics
- Government restrictions
However, Nepra Tours & Travels will assist in rescheduling wherever possible.
9. Important Notes
- Refund policies may vary depending on airlines, hotels, and third-party suppliers.
- Peak season bookings may have stricter cancellation rules.
